Terms of Use (EULA)

trkAR is licensed to you under Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement (the “Standard EULA”), together with the following additional terms. If these additional terms conflict with the Standard EULA, these additional terms prevail with respect to the NDI® components.

Additional terms for NDI® components

trkAR includes the NDI® Software Development Kit (“NDI SDK”) of Vizrt NDI AB. You agree that you will not, and will not attempt to:

  1. modify the NDI SDK, the NDI products or any part of them;
  2. reverse engineer, disassemble or recompile the NDI SDK, the NDI products or any part of them, or any protocols used by them, whether transmitted or received over a network or used internally or externally to the machine, physical or virtual, on which they operate;
  3. circumvent any technical limitations in the NDI SDK, the NDI products or any part of them;
  4. remove, obscure or alter any proprietary notices or labels contained on or within the NDI SDK, the NDI products or any part of them.

Vizrt NDI AB and its licensors disclaim any and all warranties with respect to trkAR and the NDI SDK. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Vizrt NDI AB and its licensors shall not be liable for any damages, whether direct, indirect, incidental or consequential, arising from the use of trkAR or the NDI SDK.

You shall comply fully with all relevant export laws and regulations of the United States, and shall not export trkAR or any part of it, directly or indirectly, in violation of United States law.
